Overview

AUGMENTOR™ is an augmented reality troubleshooting and instruction guide application for maintenance and repair. My role was to conduct market research via customer interviews, surveys and product testing to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the purpose of B2B sales.

Research & Challenges

Prior to developing the marketing strategy, I spent time researching the product the target industry and its competitors. From my research I learned that the greatest challenge for this product is introducing and training the end user of the HoloLens. With an industry that relies solely on physical training, implementing a virtual training model presented a significant challenge. 

Solution

 I created a customer journey map focusing on the process that a potential customer may take when visiting the website.  The first step was to re-design the product website. I then collaborated with the teams  UX Designers and Project Manager to organize the products task flows to best align with the markets current training process..
